Description:
Festoon cables are specially designed flat or round cables used in dynamic applications where cables must travel along tracks, rails, or guide systems. Commonly used in cranes, hoists, conveyors, and other moving machinery, these cables are built to withstand repeated bending, mechanical stress, and environmental exposure.
Construction Features:
Conductor: Flexible stranded copper (Class 5/6)
Insulation: PVC, TPE, or rubber for high flexibility and durability
Sheathing: Oil-resistant, flame-retardant outer sheath (available in PVC, PUR, or rubber)
Designs: Flat (for festoon systems) or round (for reels and drag chains)
Cores: Available from 2 to 50 cores or more, with/without steel support

Excellent resistance to UV, oil, water, and abrasion
Available in shielded/unshielded versions
