Overview:
Our range of geared motors and inline helical gear reducers is engineered to deliver high torque, precise speed reduction in a compact and co-axial design. These units are built for reliability and efficiency in demanding industrial environments.

The gear casings are made from high-grade cast iron, designed for effective heat dissipation and cool operation. Gears and pinions are manufactured from special case-hardened alloy steel, further treated for maximum strength and durability.

Speed Range: 0.1 to 700 RPM

Custom sizes and configurations available upon request.

Lubrication System:

ServoMesh SP 60 (Indian Oil)

Garvin EP 5 or EP 4 (Hindustan Petroleum) or equivalents

Fittings: Includes breather plug, drain plug, and oil level indicator.


Duty Types:

Standard: Normal and heavy-duty models available off-the-shelf

Custom: Light-duty and extra-heavy-duty versions can be developed for specific applications
