Overview:
Our double-ended bench grinders and polishers are engineered for precision and durability. Built with robust construction, they are ideal for dry grinding, polishing, and finishing tasks across a wide range of applications — including tool rooms, engineering workshops, electroplating units, and foundries.

Motor Specification:

Each unit is equipped with a totally enclosed AC induction motor, available in:

Three-phase (415V, 50Hz)

Single-phase (230V, 50Hz) — capacitor start & run type

The motor windings are impregnated with high-grade varnish to withstand tough working environments, while dynamically balanced rotors ensure quiet, vibration-free operation and extended bearing life.

Control Switch:

All models feature a rotary on/off switch, integrated into the base.

Single-phase models: Double-pole rotary switch

Three-phase models: Triple-pole rotary switch

Grinding Wheel Configuration:

Fitted with two grinding wheels — one coarse and one fine

Tool rests are fully adjustable for safety and precision

Wheel guards provided on both sides for added protection

Buffing Spindle (For Polishers):

Tapered detachable buffing spindles are installed on both ends, designed for easy buffing wheel attachment
